Policy
We've written this policy to be as clear and fair as possible — to us and to you. Please read it before you book. It applies as written.
The short version
The closer to your retreat date you cancel, the smaller your refund. This policy exists because we're a small farm with 10 cabins — a late cancellation is a real cost to us, and we can't always fill it in time.
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at [email protected]. The sooner we know, the more options there are.

Weekend Retreat

4-Day Retreat

The sooner we know, the more options there are. Waiting until the last minute doesn't create more flexibility — it removes it.
Why this policy is what it is
We have 10 cabins. Every booking is all-inclusive — food is ordered, rosters are set, therapists are scheduled. When someone cancels at short notice, those costs don't disappear. The cabin may sit empty and can't always be filled in time, particularly for mid-week dates or during quieter periods.
We're not a large hotel with a thousand rooms. A single late cancellation is a meaningful impact on a small, family-run farm. This policy reflects that honestly.
We've structured the timeframes to give you real options — rescheduling is always available for an admin fee, and if you give us enough notice, a full refund is on the table. What we can't do is absorb the cost of very late cancellations on your behalf.
If you have genuine extenuating circumstances, reach out and talk to us directly. We're human. But please don't book if you're not sure — the policy applies as written.
