What to expect from
Our Wellness Retreats?
We’re not a fancy resort. We offer high-quality accommodation, meals, classes and treatments which are all included in your retreat package.
Our retreats focus on evidence-based wellness strategies - wellness treatments that work (backed by research), good sleep, healthy food (that is still tasty!), quality movement and nature. Then we’ve made sure to add some creature comforts. When these elements combine, it restores our physical and mental well-being.
Evidence-Based Wellness: Our wellness retreats include magnesium salt float therapy, red light therapy, daily massage, infra-red saunas, myfascial release work amd hydrotherapy in our mineral spa and magna-salt heated pool. Physio-led classes utilise the latest science to strengthen, stretch, release and relax your muscles from head-to-toe. We offer an optional pre-retreat consultation along with modifications to suit all levels.
Sleep & Wellness: Our eco-friendly cabins are furnished to aid sleep with private ensuite, air-conditioning/ heating and luxe linens on comfy beds. Plus Netflix if you just want to go there …
Food: We cater to most dietary requirements featuring fresh local produce - Our food is tasty, hearty and cooked onsite with all meals, snacks, drinks including great coffee and a selection of teas provided.
Movement: Activities include Reformer Pilates, Aerial Yoga, Myofascial Release, Yin and Flow sessions along with guided meditations included in every yoga & wellness retreat. There is also a guided bike tour of Lake Benalla and Self Defence Workshop for those that would like to participate.
Nature: Engage with hand-reared miniature goats and pigs in our famous Goat Happy Hour or volunteer at the Wildlife Shelter. Evidence shows that connections with animals and nature has similar effects to deep meditation on our brain activity, stress levels and mood. And every wellness retreat supports Little Farm Calm Wildlife Shelter, where we rescue, rehabilitate and release native wildlife in the Northeast Region.
And, we’ve added a few extra dollops of …
Comfort: Optional coffee, tea, spiced cacao, mulled wine, fire-pit conversations and Netflix (along with good-quality chocolate) are part of every wellness retreat.
