Feel Good: getting out in the fresh country air, sharing new experiences, meeting like minded people, eating delicious healthy meals and immersing your body in evidence-based wellness treatments. Your body and brain will LOVE you for it.
Do Good: because your support (physical, financial and social) allows us to keep helping Australia’s special little critters here in North East Victoria as you volunteer at Wildside Wildlife shelter for 5 days of your stay. You will learn skills to last a lifetime including what to do when encountering injured wildlife, keeping yourself safe while giving them the best shot at survival.
This extended retreat also features plenty of free time to fit in your daily wellness treats, chill out with a book, get to know your retreat buddies, have a nap or get out and explore the beautiful region of North East Victoria.
