Weekend Wellness Reboots, early-bird from $1,599. Benalla, 2 hours from Melbourne.
Is this you?
Knackered, travelling solo, and quietly sceptical of anything that promises to change your life?
Then you're exactly who we built this for. A decision-free weekend where you do as much or as little as you feel, and nobody keeps score. Solid science, restorative food, really good teachers, and the occasional roo poo situation.
And who it isn't
Some people love a sound bath, a sharing circle, and food with flowers on top.
We are not here to judge. We are just not that retreat. You don't need to own linen pants, know what ujjayi breathing is, or wear anything white. No crystals, no chanting, no forced sharing. Just treatments that work and a farm to switch off on.
Everything's included. Everything's optional.
What a weekend gets you
The same evidence-based toolkit as our 5-Day Burnout Prescription, packed into a weekend. Tap any tile for the science behind it.
Plus all meals, locally sourced and home-cooked, and your own private ensuite cabin. No hidden costs, no upsells at the door.
A weekend, start to finish
What the weekend actually feels like
Scroll across the weekend, day by day. A taste of how it flows, not a fixed timetable.
You made it. Now put the week down.
The gate closes behind you and, once you're through it, nobody from your postcode knows where you are. Drop your bag in your own cabin, let Daz show you where everything lives, and start running on farm time. Try the float tank, sink into a sauna, or do nothing at all by the pool while the light goes gold over the paddocks.
The evening finishes with an Aerial Yin wind-down that is, frankly, mind-blowingly relaxing: a candle-lit studio, supported in a silk hammock, the sound of tree frogs drifting in from outside. Slow, supported, and designed to take your nervous system all the way down.
Aerial Yin by candlelight, the wind-down guests talk about for weeks.
Your stress cues are location-specific: the same desk, the same sounds, the same inbox triggering the same cortisol response. Physical relocation interrupts that pattern immediately. The candle-lit aerial yin is deliberate: slow inversion and breath work activate the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering heart rate and cortisol in preparation for the kind of sleep you've probably been missing.
A whole day that expects nothing from you.
This is the day the shoulders drop. Move in the morning if you feel like it, physio-led and scaled to a tired body. Then the wellness rooms are yours: float, red light, massage, sauna, the heated mineral spa and the pool, in whatever order suits, for as long as you like. Some people do all of it. Some do two things and read by the water. Both are exactly right.
Mini-goat happy hour is a non-negotiable highlight for almost everyone. After dinner, Daz runs a self-defence class that sounds like an odd fit until you're in it, grinning, more awake than you've felt all week. Then the night winds down slowly, with mulled wine and tea by the fire pit and nowhere you need to be.
The guided ride around Lake Benalla. Flat, easy, genuinely beautiful.
Self-directed recovery is itself therapeutic. Decision fatigue is real: every choice, however small, draws from a depleted resource. A day where the structure exists but the decisions are yours rebuilds autonomy without the cognitive load. Red light upregulates mitochondrial ATP production, hydrotherapy contrast trains the autonomic nervous system, and hands-on release targets the tension stress stores in the body. They compound.
Leave lighter than you arrived.
Sunday is unhurried on purpose. A supported aerial flow, one more float or sauna, a slow breakfast you actually taste. The low static that followed you in on Friday isn't there any more. You won't leave with a folder of handouts, you'll leave knowing which treatments your body responded to, and what it feels like to be properly rested.
Cacao and biscuits before you go, and no rush to the gate. Then home by early afternoon, with enough runway to ease back in rather than crash straight into Monday.
Time with the animals, if you want it. Grounding in a way that's hard to explain.
A couple of days of compound parasympathetic activation start to show in measurable ways: reduced resting heart rate, improved HRV, lower cortisol. Nature exposure lowers cortisol independently of everything else. What you notice is simpler: clearer thinking and steadier mood as decision fatigue lifts.
